RC7777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing or using RC7777 — including creating an account, logging in, making any deposit, or placing any bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is effective from the moment you first access the RC7777 platform.

• Acceptance is deemed to occur at the point of account registration, and again at the point of any subsequent login where updated terms have been published.
• RC7777 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

RC7777 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to create and use an RC7777 account.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain at least 18 throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be a genuine individual person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming or sports betting activities.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. False information is grounds for immediate account suspension without refund of any balance.

• Your registered mobile number is your primary account identifier on RC7777. It must be an active Pakistani mobile number in your name.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. RC7777 will never ask for your password via any support channel.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact RC7777 support immediately at support@rc7777.ws. We will take swift action to secure your account.
• RC7777 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or transfer your account to another individual under any circumstances.
• Account details — including registered mobile number and withdrawal payment accounts — can be updated through the account settings panel, subject to re-verification where the change involves payment methods.
• RC7777 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time in line with KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance requirements.

All deposits and withdrawals on RC7777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). RC7777 charges no platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. The following rules govern financial transactions on the platform.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your RC7777 account.
• RC7777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account balance.
• Funds that have been deposited but not played through any game are subject to a review before withdrawal to prevent payment platform abuse.
• RC7777 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the player's own payment provider — for example, bank processing times for IBFT transfers or card refund timelines.
• Any suspected fraudulent transaction will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

RC7777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your RC7777 account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements for each specific promotion are published alongside the promotion details. They specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered within 30 days of being credited. Unwagered bonus funds expire at the end of this period.

• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts under any circumstances.

All games on RC7777 — including live dealer games, slots, poker, and card games — operate according to their respective published rules. The following general rules apply across all game categories.

• All bets are final once placed and confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after the betting window for a round has closed.
• Game outcomes for live dealer games are determined by the physical dealing of real cards by a live dealer in front of an active camera. RC7777 does not interfere with live game outcomes in any way.
• Slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. These systems are audited for fairness.
• In the event of a technical failure — such as a disconnection during an active hand or round — RC7777 will apply fair resolution procedures as described in the specific game rules. Where a round cannot be completed fairly, stakes are returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each table or game are displayed before and during play. Attempting to place a bet outside these limits will result in the bet being rejected rather than modified.

Cricket betting at RC7777 covers international matches, PSL series, and major tournaments. In addition to the general gameplay rules in Section 6, the following specific rules govern cricket betting markets.

• A match must be officially completed — or have reached the minimum number of overs required to constitute an official result per the relevant cricket board's rules — for bets to stand. Abandoned matches have all bets returned.
• In-play betting markets on RC7777 are suspended during significant on-field events (wickets, end of overs, timeout reviews) and resume when play continues. Bets placed during these suspensions are not accepted.
• If a match venue changes after betting markets open, RC7777 will review whether the change is material and may suspend or void affected markets at our discretion.
• Player performance bets — such as runs scored or wickets taken — are settled based on the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket board. No unofficial statistics are used for settlement.
• RC7777 is not responsible for any delays in match settlements caused by late official result publication, DLS recalculations, or match result reviews by cricket authorities.
• PSL betting markets are live during the tournament period and may have additional specific rules attached to individual markets, which are displayed alongside each market at the time of betting.

RC7777 is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following acts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the RC7777 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the RC7777 platform for financial gain. Any such exploit discovered must be reported to RC7777 support immediately.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or placing bets based on insider information about predetermined cricket or sports outcomes.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonuses, promotions, withdrawal limits, or account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment accounts on RC7777.
• Money laundering or using RC7777 to process funds derived from illegal activity. RC7777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in such investigations.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward RC7777 staff or other players via any support or communication channel.

• RC7777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe the account is involved in prohibited activity.
• In cases of verified fraud, identity theft, or money laundering, the balance in the affected account will be frozen pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited.
• Players who self-exclude via the Responsible Gaming section cannot re-open their account during the chosen exclusion period under any circumstances.
• If a player believes their account has been suspended in error, they may contact RC7777 support at support@rc7777.ws with supporting documentation. RC7777 will review the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
• Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account.
